Usage Method of PBS Phosphate Buffer (Powder)

3. Usage Method: Dissolve the powder in 2000 mL (PBS-0060) or 5000 mL (PBS-0061) of distilled water and mix well. The measured pH should be 7.4-7.6. If it is not within this range, adjust with 0.1M HCl or NaOH.
