Typhoon Rages, Pathologists Show Deep Affection and Great Love — A Report on the Successful Conclusion of the CCP’s Fourth Term Election Conference in Fuzhou

2015Year8Month8Day is an unforgettable day for Maixin people.On this day, the fourth term election discussion meeting of the Chinese Pathologists Committee (abbreviated as “CCP“) was held in Fuzhou. As the host city of this conference, Fuzhou welcomed pathology experts and colleagues from all over the country while also enduring a major baptism from Typhoon ‘Sudiro’.

To assist in the smooth conduct of this conference, Maixin Company, in cooperation with the relevant responsible persons of the society, undertook the conference organization and reception work. However, due to weather impacts, flights from various provinces and cities across the country to Fuzhou on8Day were canceled. The originally planned participating experts actively responded, contacting the conference organizing committee immediately to jointly find solutions to the problems. They even gave up rest time, patiently waiting at the airport for flight departure information. Although it is regrettable that some experts were ultimately unable to arrive as planned to attend the conference, this profound affection for the society and the organizational cohesion among pathologists deeply moved the Maixin people.

9Day–10Day，Fuzhou was affected by Typhoon‘Sudiro’, experiencing continuous heavy rainfall, severe waterlogging, and extensive damage to municipal facilities and trees. Amidst the vast expanse of water, flights were canceled, highways were closed…various situations kept arising. To ensure that the pathology teachers could return to their beloved positions as soon as possible, the Maixin people immediately discussed travel solutions in WeChat groups, demonstrating commendable performance. From the general manager to grassroots employees, from the older to the younger, everyone closely collaborated and cooperated, eagerly expressing their desire to join in the work of welcoming and sending off, forming a powerful synergy that provided strong support for ensuring the safe travel of the attending pathology teachers.
