Trypsin Antigen Retrieval Method
1. Instruments and equipment: electric thermostatic drying oven, incubation box.
2. Required reagents: trypsin antigen retrieval solution (Maixin product number: DIG-3008), PBS buffer.
3. Operating steps:
(1) Dewax and hydrate paraffin sections, rinse with tap water (it is recommended to remove tap water and draw a circle with an immunohistochemistry pen (Maixin product number: PEN-0002) 3mm away from the tissue), rinse with PBS 3×3 minutes;
(2) Add trypsin and trypsin diluent in a 1:3 ratio into the preparation tube and mix well;
(3) Remove PBS from the slide, add an appropriate amount of the mixed trypsin solution onto the slide;
(4) Place the slide into the incubation box and incubate for 15 minutes. Rinse with PBS 3×3 minutes, then proceed according to the operating steps of the relevant Maixin kit.
