Note:
1. Spindle cell tumors can express various CKs (broad-spectrum, high molecular weight, low molecular weight). Phyllodes tumors (benign and malignant) are all negative for P63 expression.
2. In addition to the positive markers stated in the table, myofibroblastoma can also express BCL-2, Vimentin, Desmin, etc.
