Immunohistochemistry has become an indispensable technical tool in clinical pathological diagnosis, providing important evidence for precision treatment. In daily work, it is common to hear technicians say, ‘I feel that the IHC methods and operations are not difficult, but the final staining results are always less than ideal.’ Many people resonate with this statement. The main reason lies in the lack of standardization, with significant differences existing across regions, hospitals, departments, and technicians. This introduces uncertainty into IHC results, thereby affecting the accuracy of the final outcomes.

Therefore, based on IHC operational techniques, we have created the IHC Mastery Diary series of comics. While sharing fun, we aim to convey key technical ‘points,’ hoping to be helpful in everyone’s daily work.
