How to Use Anti-Shedding Agent

One of the Methods for Using Anti-Detachment Agents

Method for Using Poly-L-Lysine

1. Scope of Application: Suitable for anti-detachment treatment of slides used in histology, immunohistochemistry, in situ hybridization, frozen sections, cell smears, etc., to prevent tissue detachment during experimental operations.
2. Product Number: GLU-0040/0041/0042/0043
3. Product Form: Liquid, concentrated (10×).
4. Method of Use: Dilute according to the required amount of working solution in a ratio of poly-L-lysine: distilled water (1:9), and mix well. Immerse thoroughly cleaned and pre-dried slides in the poly-L-lysine working solution for a few seconds, drain, and air-dry at room temperature or dry in a 60°C oven. The treated slides can be stored long-term for future use.
Another Method for Using Anti-Detachment Agents
Method for Using APES
1. Scope of Application: Suitable for anti-detachment treatment of slides used in histology, immunohistochemistry, in situ hybridization, frozen sections, cell smears, etc., to prevent tissue detachment during experimental operations.
2. Product Number: GLU-0046/0047/0048/0049
3. Product Form: Liquid, concentrated (50×).
4. Method of Use: Dilute according to the required amount of working solution in a ratio of APES: acetone (1:50), and mix well. Immerse thoroughly cleaned and pre-dried slides in the APES working solution for 20-30 seconds, remove, briefly pause, then place in pure acetone or distilled water to remove unbound APES, and air-dry in a fume hood.
