Fuzhou Maixin Conducts Business Etiquette Internal Training.
To enhance the overall quality of employees and establish a good corporate image for the company, on March 1, 2008, Maixin Company invited the Hezong Lianheng Training Institution to conduct an internal training session titled ‘Professional Image and Service Etiquette’ in the company’s fifth-floor conference room. Participants included new recruits from the sales department as well as relevant personnel from other departments. Over the course of one and a half days of training, the instructor used real-life cases combined with team competitions to fully engage everyone in the training. Through the training, participating employees came to understand that establishing a good corporate image is an important means for a company to enhance its market reputation and core competitiveness. Good etiquette interactions help us distinguish customer psychology from the details, thereby making business interactions more proficient and winning customer favor, trust, and respect. This internal training served as a good start to the series of training sessions organized by the company this year. Employees participating in the training studied diligently during the sessions, and after the training, each department formulated relevant management standard documents, aiming to implement the training outcomes into specific work, thus ensuring the perfect conclusion of the internal training.
