6. This project does not accept joint bids. II. Applicant Qualification Requirements
7. Potential bidders intending to participate in this project must meet the requirements of Article 22 of the “Government Procurement Law of the People’s Republic of China”;
8. Potential suppliers intending to participate in this project and their legal representatives must not be listed in the “List of Enterprises with Abnormal Business Operations” or the “List of Parties Involved in Major Tax Violations” on the “Credit China” website (www.creditchina.gov.cn). The website’s query results shall prevail. Those listed in the above lists are not allowed to participate in this project;
9. Potential suppliers intending to participate in this project should possess a valid business license and bank account opening permit;
10. Legal entities, other organizations, or individuals with a conflict of interest with the tendering party that may affect the fairness of the bidding process are not allowed to participate in the bidding; different entities with the same legal representative or with controlling or management relationships are not allowed to participate in the bidding for the same bidding section or the same bidding project without divided sections simultaneously; when subsidiaries of the same group company with independent legal personality participate in the bidding for the same bidding section or the same bidding project without divided sections simultaneously, the maximum number of participating subsidiaries shall not exceed two (based on the order of bidding registration);
