Fuzhou Maixin 2007 Eastern Fujian Tour

2007 Maxin’s Eastern Fujian Journey “The benevolent find joy in mountains, the wise find joy in waters. Mountains are solid and unchanging, hence the benevolent delight in them; waters flow freely without obstruction, hence the wise delight in them.” In the dialectical interplay between mountains and waters, Maxin colleagues embarked on a golden autumn vacation journey of harvest.
The golden autumn journey in September was filled with laughter and brimming with happiness. Accompanied by sunny skies, Maxin people set off on a bamboo raft drift from Yangjiaxi. Gazing at the thirty miles of clear, emerald-green water, alongside the strange and fantastical green mountains on both banks, it truly was a scene of people walking in a painting—if one could gain a day of leisure in this fleeting life, one would envy neither lovebirds nor immortals. The water-splashing battle left clothes wet and then dry, even involving the boatman, filling the stream with laughter. Meanwhile, the ‘Fairyland on the Sea,’ Mount Taimu, presented us with another sensation: perilous peaks, peculiar rocks, secluded caves, and illusory mists constitute the four wonders of this unique mountain range. Ascending the long stone steps along Sagong Ridge, playing with the gentle breeze and delighting in the beautiful scenery, passing through ‘One-Line Sky,’ savoring ‘Green Snow Bud’ tea—though traveling among perilous peaks, it felt as if beyond the clouds. Upon reaching the summit, we realized we were already enveloped in swirling mist and clouds, with endless verdant scenery in full view, refreshing the mind and spirit.
Golden autumn represents heavy fruits and also signifies that Maxin, united and striving forward in the new year, has harvested a journey filled with laughter and joy.
