Family Symposium of Maxin Company


At 11:00 AM on November 9, 2013, the employee family symposium organized by Fuzhou Maixin Biotechnology Development Co., Ltd. was held in the company’s second-floor conference room. This symposium aimed to convey the company’s care and attention to all employees, build an effective communication platform between the company and employees’ families, help them understand the company’s operational development status and future prospects, fully mobilize employees’ enthusiasm, initiative, and creativity, enhance the sense of belonging and loyalty among the employees, and foster a corporate culture of mutual trust, support, assistance, and a family-like atmosphere.
This symposium was chaired by the company’s General Manager, Wang Xiaoya. Attendees included administrative staff and the families of many employees.At the meeting, General Manager Wang first extended a warm welcome and cordial greetings to all the family members. Seeing the warm and harmonious scene of young and old gathering together, Mr. Wang expressed deep emotion, with joy, gratitude, and pride welling up in his heart. He vividly recounted Maixin’s twenty-year development journey, pointing out that Maixin is a leader in the immunohistochemistry niche market and has made many pioneering contributions to China’s in vitro diagnostics and pathology fields. He also fondly recalled the scene of Maixin’s twentieth-anniversary celebration on November 2nd, where national pathology experts and leaders at various levels gave Maixin high praise. During the meeting, the company specially displayed the congratulatory inscription from Professor Liu Yanfang, the pioneer of China’s immunohistochemistry industry, for Maixin’s twentieth anniversary: ‘Made outstanding contributions to the development of immunohistochemistry in China.’ Mr. Wang emphasized that Maixin’s achievements today are inseparable from the entire team’s ‘Three Dedications’ spirit—dedication, focus, and professionalism—and thanked all Maixin employees and their families for their care and support. Mr. Wang stated that although Maixin’s production and working environments have greatly improved, Maixin’s culture continues to be refined in employees’ daily work, and the Maixin spirit will be passed down and carried forward as always.
During the symposium, the employees’ families showed great interest in the company’s growth and expansion, and everyone spoke enthusiastically. Some expressed gratitude to the company for providing a platform where employees can serve wholeheartedly and realize their personal value, and thanked the company for its cultivation and recognition of employees. One family member excitedly mentioned that she had visited Maixin’s old building multiple times when she was just a teenage girl, and now coming to Maixin’s new building, she could indirectly witness the company’s development. Xiao Cui’s parents were particularly emotional, moving from initial skepticism about Maixin as a private enterprise to their current affirmation. They not only saw their daughter’s step-by-step growth but also witnessed Maixin’s brilliant achievements and splendid corporate culture. They were deeply moved by this family symposium and looked forward to Maixin’s next peak of development. Zhou’s mother also shared words of gratitude, reflecting on her son’s ten years at Maixin—from an introverted young man to a capable supervisor today. He not only gained a career but also found love, thanks to the nurturing of Maixin as another family. Her words touched everyone present. Coincidentally, Xiao Pan also found love through Maixin. Xiao Pan’s husband highly praised Maixin’s corporate culture and spirit, noting that the entire Maixin team is dedicated, professional, and cohesive, with regulations such as corporate standards and performance evaluations reflecting Maixin’s corporate strength. Activities like the photography exhibition, twentieth-anniversary celebration, and trip to Taiwan showcased Maixin’s humanistic charm. When it was Master Chen’s wife’s turn to speak, everyone praised the benefits of Maixin’s lunch program. Other family members present sincerely wished the company continuous success and prosperity; some wished Maixin’s business to flourish and reach new heights.
During the symposium, everyone spoke freely, filled with laughter and joy, creating a harmonious and delightful atmosphere.
Finally, Mr. Wang mentioned that during Maixin’s development process, the company had also taken some detours, and not every stage was satisfactory. However, he was grateful that Maixin had relatively low staff turnover and hoped that more outstanding individuals would join the Maixin family in the future.
