Precautions for Antigen Enzyme Digestion and Retrieval in Paraffin Tissue Sections
1. To prevent tissue detachment, slides must be treated with an anti-detachment agent before use (Mai Xin product number: SLI-2001).
2. Antigen retrieval must be performed at 37°C, and the incubation box should be pre-warmed at 37°C with a small amount of water added beforehand.
