Instructions for Using Trypsin Kit
1. Product No. Cat.No: DIG-3008
2. Scope of Application: Suitable for antigen retrieval of some neutral formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue sections. Trypsin digestion can greatly enhance immunohistochemical staining results.
3. Product Form: Liquid. This kit contains 2 reagents — Trypsin Concentrate (4x) and Trypsin Diluent, packaged as 3ml/12ml.
4. Instructions for Use:
(1) Deparaffinize and hydrate the sections; rinse with PBS 3×3″
(2) Block endogenous peroxidase activity (blocking can also be performed after digestion treatment).
(3) Rinse several times with PBS.
(4) Add one drop of trypsin concentrate and three drops of diluent (1:3) into a test tube, mix well.
(5) Add 100μl (two drops) of the mixed enzyme reagent onto the tissue section.
(6) Incubate at 37°C for 15-20 minutes.
(7) Wash with PBS 3×3″.
(8) After washing, proceed according to the normal immunohistochemical staining steps.
5. Precautions:
(1) Slides must be treated with anti-detachment agents.
(2) Store the trypsin kit in a refrigerator at 4-8°C, avoid freezing.
