Endogenous Biotin Blocking Kit
During the immunohistochemistry experiment, if background staining occurs due to endogenous biotin in the tissue, an endogenous biotin blocking kit can be used for blocking. The steps for its use are as follows:
1. Deparaffinize and hydrate the paraffin sections, then rinse with tap water.
2. Perform appropriate antigen retrieval on the tissue according to the requirements of each antibody.
3. Remove PBS, add Avidin Solution (Reagent A) dropwise onto the sections, and incubate at room temperature for 10 minutes.
Rinse with PBS 2×3″.
4. Remove PBS, add d-Biotin Solution (Reagent B) dropwise onto the sections, and incubate at room temperature for 10 minutes.
Rinse with PBS 2×3″. Then proceed according to the operating steps of the relevant Maixin kit.
