Accompanied by the gentle spring breeze and cheerful laughter along the way, Maxin colleagues arrived at the Zhiqing Town, filled with cultural memories.

Breaking the Ice, Collaborating Together

At the beginning of the activity, to help everyone get to know each other better and integrate into the new environment more quickly, the coach randomly divided everyone into groups. Each team brainstormed together to come up with team names, slogans, and poses, taking turns to present. After 15 minutes of group discussion, each team showcased unique team names and poses, such as “No Explanation Team, Handsomer Than Wu Yanzu Team, Right Right Team, Just Like That Team…” Amidst continuous applause and laughter, everyone gradually broke the ice and became familiar with one another.

After the presentation session, the “Twists and Turns” activity began. Teammates paired up, using ropes to build a path to quickly and steadily deliver a tennis ball to the finish line, boosting the opening morale.In the “Reflection Code” session, the “Just Like That Team” repeatedly achieved excellent results, breaking the coach team’s game record and “breaking through” the challenge ceiling, dominating the entire event!

Gathering a hundred flavors, savoring the worldly atmosphere. In the Zhiqing Shared Kitchen, everyone enjoyed the fun of outdoor cooking. Fresh ingredients, cooking utensils, and seasonings were all available on the stove. Each team had clear divisions of labor, with “master chefs” showcasing their skills and cleverly combining ingredients, while other team members lit fires, prepared dishes, and kept busy. Eventually, tables of delicious dishes were presented, fully reflecting each team’s efficient communication and cooperation spirit.

Brainstorming, Inspiration Bursting

Unity and collaboration are the core of team building. For this reason, the afternoon activities included the “Cooperative Tower Building” session. Everyone was divided into two major alliances, where colleagues utilized team wisdom, empowered each other, and through repeated attempts, adjustments, and summaries, finally made unified decisions. They found stable foundations, firmly assembled each cube, cleverly used ropes, and worked together to layer by layer build the “Twelve High Towers.” “…30 seconds, 20 seconds, only 10 seconds left!” The orange tower was completed first. As the coach counted down, everyone held their breath. “…3, 2, 1!!!” At that moment, the winning side erupted in cheers! The alliance that completed the task quickly gathered under the gray tower to offer advice and strategies to the other alliance. At that moment, every Maxin colleague deeply understood the essence of mutual support and win-win cooperation within the team!

Unified Drums, Decisive Victory

Since ancient times, drums have been a symbol of spirit, boosting morale and inspiring team strength. In the “Hundred-Person War Drum” session, each person alternately held one or two rope ends. As the war drum floated up and down, they worked together to complete a certain number of ball bounces. At first, everyone struggled to grasp the technique, failing repeatedly but persisting. Each failure led to a summary, adjusting positions, controlling strength, and mastering rhythm—pooling wisdom and efforts! For the collective honor, some had their hands rubbed sore by the ropes but persisted in their positions. With everyone thinking as one and exerting effort in unison, they progressed from just a few bounces to completing over sixty, significantly improving their performance!

Bonfire Carnival, Grand Night Begins

Bonfire dancing holds the unique romance of the town’s night. After dinner, Lin Qixin, the company’s Deputy General Manager of Operations, came to the town to cheer everyone on, officially kicking off the evening party.

The campfire ignited the moments of today’s interactions and also ignited the cohesive fire among Maxin colleagues. Each team also applied camouflage makeup and engaged in dance competitions around the bonfire, showcasing youthful and trendy styles, earning applause and cheers from the audience.When the atmosphere was at its peak,accompanied by the rhythm of music, everyone cast aside worries and enjoyed the present joy, bringingthishealing journey to aperfect conclusion.
