On January 15-16, 2014, Fuzhou Maixin Biotechnology Development Co., Ltd. held its 2014 Annual Marketing Discussion Meeting at Fuzhou Qishan Forest Hot Spring Resort. Managers from multiple departments gathered together to participate in active and enthusiastic discussions.
On January 15, attendees arrived at the hotel. In addition to the marketing discussion meeting, a quality development training was conducted concurrently. To facilitate the smooth progress of the training the next day, everyone discussed and formed two teams—’Galloping’ and ‘Dominance’—to compete.
‘The plan for a year lies in spring, the plan for a day lies in the morning.’ On the morning of the 16th, members of both teams began warming up and morning running competitions along the hotel’s mountain-ring road and boardwalk, kicking off the ‘Passionate Trek Through the Jungle’ quality development training competition. During this activity, team members successively completed projects such as ‘Rock Climbing Wall,’ ‘Giant Steps,’ and ‘Flying Fox Cableway,’ overcoming psychological fears like heights, encouraging each other, fully demonstrating the optimistic, proactive, united, collaborative, and courageous spirit of Maixin people. At the same time, the corporate culture of unity, progress, and perseverance was instilled into the hearts of every participant.
After intense and rigorous development training, Maixin people began the marketing discussion meeting with excitement. At the meeting, General Manager Wang Xiaoya pointed out: The 2013 marketing work achieved the company’s planned goals, but development across regions was uneven. Facing the rapid and profound market changes in 2014, everyone should carry out market work with more innovative ideas, more effective working methods, and fuller enthusiasm. At the same time, communication and coordination among departments should be strengthened to lay a solid foundation for the company’s 2014 marketing work. During the meeting, combining daily market sales work and training experiences, everyone spoke actively, took careful notes, and introduced a brainstorming discussion model to discuss market changes and future work development.
